CRO Race Included Among the World’s Most Prestigious Cycling Races

For ten years, CRO Race has promoted Croatia through a unique combination of professional cycling and the natural beauty of diverse locations. This year’s race brought together some of the world’s best cyclists from 28 countries, with a total of 20 teams representing all three categories of the International Cycling Union (UCI WorldTeams, UCI ProTeams, and UCI Continental Teams).

This year’s edition took place from September 30 to October 5, 2025, with a route spanning nearly 1,000 kilometers across six stages, forming the most beautiful postcard of Croatia. The first stage ran from Split to Sinj, followed by a race between Biograd na Moru and Novalja. The third stage connected Gospić and Rijeka, followed by Krk and Labin, then Karlovac and Sveta Nedjelja, with the final stage raced between Samobor and Zagreb.

Recently, CRO Race was officially included among the Top 40 most significant multi-day professional cycling races in the world and will enter the UCI ProSeries category in 2026. This historic achievement means a larger prize fund, more UCI points, and even greater interest from top WorldTour teams.

However, this race is more than just a sporting event. It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting Croatia as an attractive (cycling) tourism destination, drawing professionals, enthusiasts, recreational cyclists, and two-wheel explorers alike.

We eagerly await the next edition of CRO Race and are proud to have supported this important sporting project to date.
