Reservations

Your voucher should arrive via e-mail. Please double check your entered information, and if everything seems in order contact out customer support.

With additional insurance packages, you can decrease your personal responsibility in case of vehicle damages. It can be either reduced or completely removed. Insurance excess depends on the vehicle category, chosen package and the amount of days the vehicle is rented for. You can check the price of additional packages during the reservation process.

  • SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is additional insurance which buys out the excess (participation in damage) done on the vehicle's body.
  • CDW+ (Collision Damage Waiver Plus) is additional insurance which buys out a part of the excess for damages done on the vehicle's body.
  • WUG (Wheels Undercarriage and Glass protection) is additional insurance which buys out the excess for damages done to the wheels, underside, and glass.

The pickup and drop off location as well as the model of the vehicle can be changed up to 48 hours before pick up. The pickup time can be changed up to 12 hours before pick up, and delivery services can be requested up to 48 hours before pick up.

If you have informed our Customer support your vehicle will wait for you until your arrival, otherwise we have the following reservation terms

  • From 16. September - 31. December i and. January - 14. June - 8 HOURS
  • From 15. June - 15. September - 5 HOUR

You can cancel your reservation via your user account or by the reservation form itself up to 24 hours before vehicle pick up free of charge.

If the client does not appear or does not pick up the vehicle without a valid reason, or without a reservation cancelation, we reserve the right to charge cancelation expenses to his credit card.

Although having a user account is not necessary to make a reservation, it does give you the ability to track your invoices, special benefits, as well as checking all news and offers available to you.

You can always use a different credit card for the pickup itself. However, if you do not possess a different credit card you will not be able to pick up the selected vehicle.

At vehicle pick up you need to have a valid credit card, identity card, and a valid driver’s license, additionally, driver’s licenses that aren’t in Latin script, for example, Chinese, Japanese or Cyrillic script, need to be accompanied by an international driver’s license.

Sadly, only the owner of the credit card can sign the contract in his name and pick up the vehicle.

The client that does pick up the vehicle needs to have his personal documents (driver’s license and identity card) as well as a valid credit card
